Care65 Data Deletion Request
Care65 does not require you to create an account. This page explains how to remove information stored on your device and request deletion of subscription-related data associated with Care65.
How to request subscription data deletion
Email Care65 Support to request deletion of subscription-related data that Care65 can arrange to delete.
Request subscription data deletionEmail: support@lahadi.com
In your email, please:
- use the subject “Care65 Data Deletion Request”
- confirm that your Care65 purchase or subscription is through Google Play
- include your Google Play order reference, if available, so we can identify the purchase.
If we need more information to locate the record, support may ask for a non-sensitive subscription identifier. You do not need a Care65 account to make a request.
Do not send health information, medication details, conditions, Care Summary information or other sensitive Care65 records. Do not attach PDFs, backup files or medical documents. We do not need these records to handle your request.
Information stored on your device
Personal, health and care information entered into Care65 is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to Care65 servers, and Care65 Support cannot access or delete it for you.
You can remove locally stored information from within the app, including by deleting profiles through Manage Profiles where applicable. Deleting a profile is permanent unless you have a backup containing that profile.
Clearing Care65 app/device data or uninstalling the app may also remove locally stored information. Keep any backup you require before deleting information.
Deleting information in Care65 does not delete PDFs, backups or other copies you have exported, saved or shared outside the app. Manage those copies and any device or cloud backups separately.
Subscription-related data that can be requested for deletion
Care65 uses Google Play and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchases. Subscription-related data is separate from the personal, health and care records stored on your device.
You may request deletion of associated subscription identifiers, purchase and access records, and related subscription data that Care65 can arrange to delete. Contact Care65 Support using the instructions above so we can identify the records and handle your request.
Information that may be retained
Some transaction information may need to be retained by Google, payment providers or as required by law. Care65 may not control these records and cannot delete records held independently by those providers on your behalf.
Where a legal obligation requires a record to be kept, that record may be retained rather than deleted.
Deleting data does not cancel your subscription
Deleting subscription-related data does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
To manage or cancel your subscription, open Google Play, select your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Care65. Follow Google Play’s instructions to manage or cancel the subscription.
