Care65 Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026

Developer: Lehadii

Website: care65app.com

Privacy contact: privacy@lehadii.com

1. About this policy

Lehadii is the business responsible for the Care65 app. In this policy, “Care65”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lehadii and the Care65 app, as the context requires.

Care65 is a preparation and record-keeping tool. It allows people to record information that may help them prepare for appointments and assessments, remember what matters and track changes over time.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when Care65 is used.

2. Our privacy approach

Care65 is designed so that the personal, care and health information entered into the app remains under the user’s control.

  • Care65 does not require a Care65 account.
  • Lehadii does not collect, receive, access, view or store the personal, care or health information entered into Care65.
  • Care65 does not send that personal, care or health information to a Lehadii server.
  • Lehadii does not sell personal information.
  • Care65 does not use personal, care or health information for advertising, profiling or marketing.

Information entered into Care65 is stored locally on the user’s device unless the user chooses to export, back up or share it, or the device’s own backup settings include the app’s locally stored data.

Care65 uses RevenueCat to help manage subscriptions and determine subscription and trial status. RevenueCat processes subscription and purchase-related information as described in Section 9 of this policy. The personal, care and health information that users enter into Care65 is not provided to RevenueCat.

3. Information users may enter

Users may choose to enter information such as:

  • a name or preferred name;
  • conditions and medications;
  • Head-to-Toe Check-In information;
  • notes about what to tell a doctor;
  • falls, trips or near misses;
  • changes in care needs or daily life;
  • hospital stays; and
  • other information the user chooses to record.

This information may include sensitive personal and health information. It is stored locally by the app for the user’s benefit. It is not transmitted to or accessible by Lehadii.

Care65 records information entered by users. Care65 does not verify that information.

Information recorded in Care65 is not an official medical record and does not replace advice from a qualified health professional.

4. Information about another person

A user may use Care65 to record information about another person they support.

The user is responsible for ensuring they have that person’s permission or other lawful authority to enter, store, create a backup of or share that person’s information.

5. Local storage and device security

Care65 stores personal, care and health information locally on the device on which it is entered.

Users are responsible for protecting access to their device, including by using an appropriate passcode, biometric security and current operating-system security updates.

No method of electronic storage is completely risk-free. A lost, stolen, shared, compromised or insufficiently protected device may allow another person to access information stored on it.

The device manufacturer or operating-system provider may include app data in a device backup according to the user’s device and cloud-backup settings. Those services are controlled by their providers and are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Care Summary PDFs, backups and sharing

Care65 allows users to create Care Summary PDFs and backup files. These files may contain private personal, care and health information.

Care65 only sends a file to another location or person when the user initiates an export, save or sharing action through the device’s system features.

The user chooses:

  • whether to create a Care Summary PDF or backup;
  • where to save it;
  • whether to share it;
  • who to share it with; and
  • which external service or application to use.

Once information is exported or shared outside Care65, its security and handling may depend on the person, service, application or storage location selected by the user.

Users should carefully check the intended recipient before sharing personal, care or health information.

7. Backups

Care65 allows users to create a backup of their Care65 information.

A Care65 backup may contain private personal, care and health information. Users should store backup files securely and only share them with someone they trust.

Care65 does not automatically send a Care65 backup to Lehadii.

If a user saves a backup using an external service, such as a device, cloud-storage or file-storage provider, that provider’s privacy and security practices apply to the copy stored with that service.

8. Contacting Care65 support

Care65 may allow users to contact support for technical, subscription or app-related assistance.

RevenueCat creates an anonymous ID to manage subscriptions. Care65 includes this ID in Feedback emails as a Support ID, which may be used to check subscription or trial status. Emails are sent only when you choose to send them.

Users should not send personal, care or health information, Care Summary PDFs or Care65 backup files to Care65 support.

When contacting support, users should describe only the technical, subscription or app-related problem they are experiencing.

Users are responsible for information and attachments they choose to send.

9. Subscriptions, purchases and RevenueCat

Care65 subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Apple or Google processes the payment transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. Lehadii does not receive or store a user’s full payment-card or bank-account details.

Care65 uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription-management service, to help manage subscriptions, free trials, purchases, renewals, restorations and subscription entitlements.

For this purpose, RevenueCat may process information relating to purchases and subscriptions, including:

  • purchase and subscription history;
  • subscription or entitlement status;
  • transaction information supplied by Apple or Google;
  • Apple receipt or Google purchase-token information;
  • an anonymous app user identifier;
  • basic technical information relating to the device and operating system; and
  • information necessary to determine whether purchased Care65 features should be available.

This information is used to provide subscription functionality, validate purchases, restore purchases, determine subscription and trial status, prevent purchase fraud and provide subscription-related analytics.

Care65 does not provide RevenueCat with the personal, care or health information users enter into Care65, such as conditions, medications, falls, hospital stays, Head-to-Toe Check-In information or Care Summary content.

RevenueCat operates under its own privacy and security practices.

If a user voluntarily sends purchase information to Care65 support, that information will be handled only as necessary to investigate the purchase or access issue.

10. Analytics, advertising and tracking

Care65 does not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking.

Care65 does not use personal, care or health information entered into the app for advertising, profiling or marketing.

Care65 does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.

RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription information to provide subscription functionality and subscription-related analytics. This does not include the personal, care or health information users enter into Care65.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, the device manufacturer or operating-system provider may independently process technical, diagnostic, transaction, subscription or usage information according to their respective services and privacy policies.

11. Accessing, correcting and deleting information

Because the personal, care and health information entered into Care65 is stored locally and is not accessible by Lehadii, Lehadii cannot retrieve, view, correct or delete that information on a user’s behalf.

Users can review and edit their information within Care65 while they have the appropriate access to do so.

Users can delete a profile using Manage Profiles. Deleting a profile is permanent unless the user has previously created a backup containing that profile.

Uninstalling Care65 may remove locally stored Care65 information from the device. It will not delete backup files, Care Summary PDFs or other copies previously saved or shared outside the app.

Subscription-related information processed by Apple, Google or RevenueCat is handled according to the applicable provider’s systems, retention practices and privacy requirements.

12. Overseas processing and external services

Lehadii does not transfer the personal, care or health information entered into Care65 to overseas servers because Lehadii does not receive that information.

Subscription-related information processed through RevenueCat may be processed or stored outside Australia as part of RevenueCat’s service.

If a user chooses an external email, cloud-storage, device-backup, file-storage or sharing provider, that provider may process information in Australia or overseas under its own privacy policy.

Users should consider the privacy and security practices of external providers before using them to store or share sensitive information.

13. Changes to Care65 or this policy

If Care65’s handling of information changes — for example, if an account, server, analytics service or new external feature is introduced — this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated as appropriate.

The current version of this Privacy Policy will be made available through the Care65 app and on the Care65 website.

The effective date will be shown at the top of the policy.

14. Contact and privacy concerns

Please do not send personal, care or health information, Care Summary PDFs or Care65 backup files when contacting us.

A description of the technical, subscription or privacy issue is enough.
